Weedsport Speedway welcomes back the Super DIRTcar Series for the Hall of Fame 100 on Sunday, July 14, which will also be the second Super DIRT Week Qualifier of the season.

A 100-lap duel with the best Big Block Modified drivers in the region will headline the night. The victor will walk away with a $10,000 payday and guaranteed starting spot in Super DIRT Week’s Billy Whittaker Cars 200 (Saturday, Oct. 12).

The last time the Series visited Weedsport Speedway in May, 2019 Series champion Mat Williamson continued to cement his dominance over the 3/8-mile track. He raced from seventh to the led just past the halfway point of the 100-lap race and scored his third consecutive Super DIRTcar Series win at Weedsport.

Williamson then followed that up with a DIRTcar Big Block win at Weedsport on June 11 – his seventh win overall at the track.

He’ll have the biggest names in the Northeast trying to dethrone him during the Hall of Fame 100, such as four-time Series winner at Weedsport Stewart Friesen, 10-time Series champion Matt Sheppard, Weedsport promoter Jimmy Phelps, Peter Britten, Anthony Perrego, Tim Sears Jr. and more.

Friesen is currently the only driver locked into Super DIRT Week after his win at Big Diamond Speedway. If he wins at Weedsport, the guaranteed starting spot will go to the driver that finishes second.

The Super DIRTcar Series will be joined by the DIRTcar Sportsman and NY6A Micro Sprints.
