FULTON, N.Y. – April 25, 2015 – Billy Decker captures the Highbank Holdup at Fulton Speedway, kicking off his Super DIRTcar Series title defense with a victory. Matt Sheppard and Danny Johnson rounded out the podium, with Johnson charging from 27th to finish third.
