10/22/15 – Brewerton Speedway Results
BREWERTON, N.Y. – October 22, 2015 – Billy Decker swapped the lead three times with Brett Hearn, took the lead for keeps off the top of turn four on lap 76 and withstood three restarts and a green-white-checkered finish to win the McDonald’s 100 at Brewerton Speedway Thursday.
Decker started on the pole and led the first 62 laps often while negotiating heavy lapped traffic.
Danny Johnson finished third after several advances and fallbacks along the way from 11th on the grid.
Point leader Matt Sheppard was a very competitive fourth – just ahead of Vic Coffey in fifth.
Hearn started eighth, but was pressing Decker and Billy Whittaker for the lead by lap 12.
