09-26-15 – FONDA SPEEDWAY RACE RESULTS
FONDA, N.Y. – September 26, 2015 – Billy Decker retook the lead from Brett Hearn for the second time on lap 78 and stayed in front the rest of the way for his 4th Super DIRTcar Series of the season and his first at Fonda Speedway since 1988.
Stewart Friesen, who led laps 13-33 and then slipped back to 6th, rallied late to be the runner-up – five car-lengths shy of Decker. Larry Wight was 3rd, followed by polesitter Gary Tomkins and Tim Fuller.
Hearn led for over 35 laps before Decker got to him in lapped traffic. He went up in smoke on lap 82 while running in third and finished 26th.
Series point leader Matt Sheppard was sixth.
