With heavy overnight rain at Fulton Speedway, and weather models predicting more rain throughout the day, including local downpours, Super DIRTcar Series, DIRTcar Northeast, and track officials have canceled Wednesday’s SummerFAST finale.
Wednesday’s event will not be made up, as Series and track officials could not find a viable date to reschedule.
If you purchased tickets in advance, you will receive a face-value credit to your MyDirtTix.com account – good for two years. If a credit to your account does not work for you, you have until Sept. 20 to request a refund.
The Super DIRTcar Series continues its high-octane show on Thursday, Aug. 28, at Lebanon Valley Speedway for Mr. DIRT Track USA. The event will pay $15,500-to-win and offer a guaranteed starting spot in the Billy Whittaker Cars 200 during Super DIRT Week 53 at Oswego Speedway.
Mat Williamson, Alex Yankowski, and Matt Sheppard lead the Super DIRTcar Series stars into the “Valley of Speed,” as they try to fend off challenges from home track regulars like Andy Bachetti, Brett Haas, and Marc Johnson.
The DIRTcar Sportsman Championship Series will return to action on Friday, Sept. 5 at Can-Am Speedway as part of the R.D. Hutchinson Memorial with the Super DIRTcar Series.
