After the crimson Carolina clay settled back on The Dirt Track at Charlotte, Mat Williamson, from St. Catharines, ON, was crowned the first Canadian driver in history to win the Super DIRTcar Series Championship. Williamson’s second-place finish was enough to relegate seven-time Series Champion Matt Sheppard to second place in the points standings. Gypsum Racing’s
