SYRACUSE, N.Y. – Oct. 11, 2015 – Stewart Friesen of Sprakers, N.Y., closed the books on the historic New York State Fairgrounds one-mile oval with a flourish, winning Sunday afternoon’s 44th annual Syracuse 200 to cap the final NAPA Auto Parts Super DIRT Week at the famed track.
