{"id":1952,"date":"2017-06-08T18:20:39","date_gmt":"2017-06-08T22:20:39","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/3.211.190.68\/superdirtcarseries\/2017\/06\/08\/penalty-report\/"},"modified":"2021-02-12T19:21:08","modified_gmt":"2021-02-12T23:21:08","slug":"penalty-report-williams-suspended-for-chemically-altered-tires","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/superdirtcarseries.com\/penalty\/penalty-report-williams-suspended-for-chemically-altered-tires\/","title":{"rendered":"Penalty Report: Williams Suspended for Chemically Altered Tires"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1><strong>Super DIRTcar Series Penalties:<\/strong><\/h1>\n<p>Neal Williams, of the Super DIRTcar Series violated section 11.1-J of the DIRTcar Racing rulebook.<\/p>\n<p>11.1-J:<\/p>\n<p>Any member that attempts and\/or is found to be using tires that are found to be illegal in any manner will be suspect to disqualification and\/or fine and\/or suspension and\/or loss of points and\/or any other action deemed appropriate by Super DIRTcar Series and\/or DIRTcar Officials\u00a0and\/or World Racing Group Supervisory Officials.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Tire samples were taken May 16, 2017 at Bridgeport Speedway in a post-race inspection in the Big Block Modified Series Event and sent to an independent laboratory for testing for chemically altering substances in the tires.
