After a month and a half of misfortune, reigning Mr. DIRTcar points king Billy Decker was finally on the receiving end as he cashed in on the $17,500 top prize following his second career win in the ‘Mr. DIRT Track, USA’ title event presented by Budweiser and Hoosier on Thursday night at Lebanon Valley Speedway.

Central New York chauffeur Jimmy Phelps ended a year-long drought Sunday night as he captured his first Super DIRTcar Series victory of the season in the headline Akwesasne Mohawk Casino International 100 at Cornwall Motor Speedway.

All eyes were on the Cayuga County Fairgrounds for the richest event in 54 years of racing in Weedsport and when the curtain finally dropped Sunday evening on the inaugural edition of DIRTcar All-Star Weekend it was rising star Ryan Phelps etching his name in history with a command performance in the ‘All-Star 100’ that rewarded him with a record $20,000 payoff at the birthplace of DIRTcar Big-Block Modified Racing.
